2019 Property Tax Bills have been mailed and are now available online. Payments received or US postmarked after Tuesday, October 15 will incur a 5% late penalty plus monthly interest on any unpaid balance.

Applications for homestead exemptions that will begin in 2020 can be sumbitted anytime before
April 1, 2020.

  Motor Vehicle News

  • Our Motor Vehicle Office at 700 South Cobb Drive has closed permanently. To provide the best service to Cobb County citizens, our office has relocated our team members to the newly renovated space at 2932 Canton Road Ste. 300, Marietta, GA 30066 and other offices. The renovated space on Canton Road features additional workstations and expanded services to better accommodate citizens. The Tax Commissioner’s Office is committed to providing service in a clean, safe and professional environment.

  • It's never too late to say "Thank You" for serving in the military. The Georgia Department of Veterans Service, in partnership with the Office of Governor Nathan Deal, has created the Vietnam War Certificate of Honor program for Vietnam Veterans. This ceremony will involve the presentation of the Defense Department's Vietnam War's 50th Anniversary Lapel Pin and the State Certificate of Honor.

    Interested veterans, please out this form and submit it along with a copy of DD Form 214 by Thursday, August 16.
